I just rode my bike to work - about 12 miles all told, mostly along the Lakeshore Trail. It was lovely, peaceful, and challenging, as M. is a manimal and I was following his lead. Now, I'm bummed about a day in front of my computer, static. I might have to bounce around the office for a few minutes before setting to some actual work.
